Sandi Montez joined Essex in 2004 and has more than 21 years of property management experience. As a Regional Manager, Sandi oversees the South Orange County and San Diego property management teams which consists of Office, Medical Office, Retail, Industrial and Commercial Associations.

Sandi has extensive knowledge of all aspects of building operations, including project management, monthly financial reporting, CAM reconciliations, annual budgeting, annual strategic planning, leasing, and renewals. She prides herself in building and maintaining relationships with her clients to align with their needs and goals on their assets. Sandi plays an integral role in Essex’s growth through client relationships and supporting the individual growth of her team.

Sandi is a licensed California Salesperson in the State of California.
