Goldenwest Plaza

Located across the street from Golden West Community College, GWP has been managed and leased by Essex since 2013. Essex oversaw a major renovation in 2017 that involved modernizing the façade, signage, and landscape as well as building a new pad building on the site. After completing the renovation, Essex directed the leasing efforts which involved re-tenanting a good portion of the project.
