Heather Stark is a 23 year property management expert with extensive experience in the commercial real estate industry which includes industrial, flex, high rise office, low rise office, retail, medical office, suburban office parks and multi-family. As a Vice President, Heather is responsible for the oversight of the property management services. Heather has a proven record of maximizing asset performance by strategically directing property management, leasing, renovation, disposition, valuation and acquisition proforma review. She is committed to delivering exceptional customer service that is essential to the long-term success of our organization.

Heather previously came to Essex Realty Management, Inc. from Colliers International and Grubb & Ellis where she oversaw the property management department in Washington and Oregon with a portfolio of approximately 7 million square feet and 18 employees. Her main responsibilities included operations, new business development, quality assurance, client interface, operating and capital budget development, property audits and staff recruitment and training.
